Warranty & Returns Policy
What is the warranty provided by Lumi+?
1) Lumi+ offers one-year limited warranty for all Lumi+ product from the date of purchase from our website that caused by product quality problems. Our customers will be covered with 2 years warranty if they have purchased an extended 12 months warranty.
2) Proof of Purchase such as receipts must be presented when repairing or replacement to ensure it is within a valid warranty period.
3) For any 1 on 1 product replacement during the warranty period, we need a video recording to show us the issues of the device (as well as photo taking of the serial number at the bottom of the water bottle - this is only for the LUMI+ water bottle) before any replacement is warranted.
4) Warranty does not cover the following:
- Any improper uses, incorrect repair or unauthorized modification
- Earthquake, fire or other natural calamities, or using non specified voltage
- Improper charging or overnight charging that lead to battery failure
- Any other external reasons
What is the return policy?
1) If you purchased a product from our website and are not happy with it, you can request a refund by sending an email to contact@lumiplus.com. We will then provide you with the exact instructions to refund your purchase.
You can return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt provided that it meets the following conditions:
- Product must be strictly unused (& unopen only for Water Bottle) for hygiene purposes
- Product must be in its original packaging using equal or more protection as when it is received.
- All accessories must be included in new condition and with their original wrapping.
- Proof of Purchase such as receipts
- Product must ship back by the recipient to our warehouse and the recipient is responsible for the return shipping fee
